Citizen's Charter

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 (“Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services Act of 2018”) and Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Memorandum Circular No. 2019-002 (“Guidelines on the Implementation of the Citizen’s Charter in Compliance with RA 11032), the UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS) implements a Citizen’s Charter listing all services that may be availed by the public.
