2019 Knowledge Learning Market and Policy Engagement Conference


The UP CIDS Program on Alternative Development (AltDev) invites everyone to the 2019 Knowledge Learning Market and Policy Engagement (KLMPE) Conference, where over 200 farmers and farming families from around the Philippines will discuss their continued fight for land and life and how to push their campaigns from the grassroots to the peak of bureaucracy. This will be held on November 13 and 14, 2019 (Wednesday and Thursday) at Ang Bahay ng Alumni, University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Partners of UP CIDS AltDev from Negros and the Ayta, Talaandig, and Dumagat tribes shall be presenting their narratives of struggle tomorrow, starting at 1:00 PM.
