CALL FOR PAPERS: The Strategic Studies Program (SSP) of the UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS) is organizing the 4th Katipunan Conference on 15 and 16 August 2019. Scholars, analysts, and practitioners in the field of strategic studies in Asia and the Philippines are still encouraged to submit paper abstracts until 24 May 2019.
