In view of the 2021 local and national elections, the webinar reviews the 30 years under the Local Government Code and its impact on local politics and local service delivery. It will also discuss the implications of the Supreme Court’s Mandanas ruling that will increase the local governments’ share of the national taxes, starting in 2022.
