This publication documents the “Mindanao: Fractured Promises, Continuing Challenges” Forum Series organized by the UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS) in 2020. The forums aim to harness the research of the Center’s various programs which conduct policy-oriented studies on issues and concerns that define the Mindanao conundrum and to arrive at recommendations addressed to the country’s decision-makers and other stakeholders.
