In this session, Dr. Florano will introduce two groundbreaking initiatives he developed: SPARK and Policy Analytics AI. These tools are specifically programmed to address ethical and technical concerns regarding the use of AI in policymaking, ensuring that technological integration remains strategic and responsive to public needs.

Meet the Speaker

Dr. Ebinezer R. Florano is a distinguished expert at the intersection of technology and governance. His roles and accolades include:

    • Professor XI, UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG)
    • UP Scientist 2 (2023–2025)
    • Convenor, Data Science for Public Policy Program, UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS)
    • One UP Professorial Chair for Research and Public Service Awardee (2025–2027)
