Digital Transformation Symposium – Cultivating Digital Transformation: A collaborative model for Philippine higher Education

The Higher Education Research and Policy Reform Program of the UP CIDS will host its first Digital Transformation Symposium on November 19, 2026. The event will feature research outputs from the University of the Philippines Open University to strengthen Bulacan State University’s ODeL initiatives. The discussion will highlight BulSU’s potential contributions to advancing distance education in the country and present UPOU’s recommendations to strengthen institutional readiness, faculty development, and learner support systems in response to the ongoing digital transformation of Philippine HEIs.

The Higher Education Symposium is happening on November 19, 2026, 9AM via Zoom and on-site (limited seats only) at the CCDL Auditorium, 2nd floor, UPOU Main Building, UP Open University, Los Baños, Laguna. The event is FREE and open to all.
